I'm kind of getting sick of the kind of same kind of World of Warcraft, class system battleground PvP period. I feel that MMOs are losing it and just copying off of one another.
Anyone know any games with a different good approach?

Well MMO's fail in comparison to WOW sales wise, So it's not surprising more are trying to get a WOW clone down perfect considering how crazy people are for it.

I've been all over the place with free MMOs (but not as much as Bob I don't think) and haven't found a single one that wasn't arguably a WoW clone in some way.
I hear Guild Wars 2 is supposed to be a little different... I think I read some article a while back on the developer talking about the issue of how every MMO on the market is like WoW and the trick is to make something unique. The article then went into "and GW2 is different and amazing because..."
I don't remember the details but it's a promising foundation for the game design for a pretty well anticipated title. I might consider playing GW2...

Diablo 2: Lord of Destruction.
Personally though, I don't play MMORPG's for PVP, i just like exploring and fighting off monsters.
Perhaps you might try the Monster Hunter series of games? They're not MMO's but you have a character, hunt monsters (duh) and use the dead parts to make armor and stuff so you can fight bigger monsters. It's a lot more fun and a bit easier if you go online to do it.
