Ahh the old days of street fighter.

Fight stick itself is too overpriced, if I wanted to use a fight stick i could go to an arcade and pay 25 cents.

It would cost more in gas, most likely, to go to a place which has a Street Fighter IV arcade booth than to invest in an arcade stick. If you've enough devotion and time to spend on the game, it's a solid investment. You can do things with an arcade stick that you simply can't do using a controller. You shouldn't just buy one because you have a fighting game, but if you do five or so online matches every single day and occassionally host arcades in your home, it's a cost worth paying for.
