Killing Floor - $5 on Steam

Steam has started running a lot of specials lately and $5 Killing Floor is one of them. I purchased it a while ago for $20 and it has been $20 until today when they put a 75% off special on the game.

I know a few people here wanted the game but didn't know if it was worth the money and I'm not sure how long this special will remain but it looks like a great deal.

I haven't played the game in months (not since switching to win7) and I'm not going to promise to play again any time soon (because I don't like switching back and forth to xp and win7) so getting the game is up to you. I thought I'd just share the sale.

hoollllyyy crap. I was the one considering getting this... if I can convince some of my RL friends to get it with me or if people on the forum will play with me, $5 isn't much to ask AT ALL!

Anyone in on this? I'm down if there's even just one person on the forum that wants to try it with me...
EDIT: it looks like it's $20. I'm confused, did you missee something Linux? Or is it somehow just me?

Blackleo and I already have the game. We could probably play with you but he'll probably be able to play before me. I haven't installed it on my win7 yet.

Did you catch my edit in that last post? It appears the game is going at full price right now. I'd play it for the $5 but I only see that each of the $2 DLCs are on sale at 50% off (right now $1 each.)

Steam has tons of things on sale right now... I should scope all this out

The hell...

It was $5 when i posted this. And I know it wasn't a mistake because it's available on the Mac now and I let a friend on AIM know the game was just $5 now and that it works on Mac. He confirmed for me that it was $5 and said he'll get it this weekend.

I guess he'll be disappointed too.

I'm not sure what's going on with the steam sale. Last week, BF: BC2 was $33 for several hours, I came home at like 2 am and was tired so I didn't buy the game, figured I'll do it in the morning since it was some weekend sale, I wake up in the morning and it's back to $50. They pulled the same thing on KF.

KF is now $10 on steam which is 50% off for the 4th of July weekend. I got BF BC2 earlier at 33% off.
