About a year or two ago I started work on a Punisher Fanfic with my best friend at the time. Due to... forseen situations occuring he dropped the project and pretty much told me to f off.


I am thinking about restarting it but im not sure.

Would you guys be interested in taking a look at what I have so far?

Punisher is a movie with tom Jane, pretty much a police officer who is doin a drug bust and it goes wrong and the son of a very powerful person dies and this person wants the officer and his family dead.

So the family is later killed and the officer takes up arms to kill everyone who is related to this evil person.

thats pretty much it in a very small nut shell.

its a good movie, the book goes into more detail, thank god.

The punisher is a Marvel comic book hero but a lot darker then normal. He is like batman but uses guns and prefers badguys dead. The mad two major motion pictures based on him neither related to each other as far as I can tell.

Not really sure how much of you will read this, but it is a bit of a read, here is the first part of the story..

Yes spelling errors, etc etc, i was going off the moment of the idea and refused to stop to correct my errors.



I believed in the law, I thought what i have promised to up held for the past 12 years would be there to help me find out what happened to me and my life. To find out what was the purpose of this mass murder. To find out why theses bastards forced me down a new path, a Path where i do not know if i will see the next day...

My name is Ethan Storm, I was once a happily married man, I had a wife a son, and a daughter i loved to death. They were all taken from me by force in front of my eyes one day. I am... I was a Police officer, assigned to Speical unit for Gangs. I was given the assignment, speical assignment they called it at the time, to get rid of this gang, they were the whole reason for drug inport and export, and crime. I thought getting rid of theses assholes would make it safer for my family to grown up and old in. But i was wrong, dead wrong...

The day i lost everything, the Day i died. Everything i thought, everything i believed in Died with Ethan Storm that day. I knew the only one i knew who could help me, the only one who would tell me what i need to know. Frank Castle...The Punisher...



I did my research before i gone to see Mr. Castle, The gang that took my family the ****ers who just signed there god dam death warrent, The Bloods... There Bosses, Robert, and Louis are the ****ers who assigned the hit on my family... They will pay with every ounce of breath in me, i will make them see the true meaning of fear, and death... The Following day i when to Frank Castle's cell, he knew my story and he saw the pain, the anger, and the taste of blood in my eyes, he told me "An act of such destruction as this requires.. A hasty recoil of action back at them." After thoses words who told me where his Operation house was located and i thanked him for all his work; before i left he said one more thing that stuck with me "Keep the Legend of the Punisher alive."

Only thing i said in return was without even thinking about it "The legend of the Punisher shall never die even thought when the Punisher has. its time for a new Legend to be Born, a new Punisher... Someone who doesnt give a **** about the rights of thoses who committ the crimes that harm others." With that Frank looked me in the eyes before i walked out, Without saying a word i knew he believed in me, and trusted me to contiune the legend he created. His legend was created. Its time for mine to be created for the future... The new Punisher...

I dunno why you wouldnt create your own material, maybe someone inspired by the punisher. But using a marvel character in your story at all makes it something you cant call your own. If its just a strait up fanfic, all is well but if you want to take credit for a story when its finished you should leave room for that.
