You start off seeing a picture in picture option in the top left of your screen.

1:18-1:24 seconds – Built in video recorded/editor with screenshot capabilities. This video editor appears to offer video clips saved into different segments with customizable names for each clip.

*Also note that throughout the video if you look at the map it seems that sections of the maps are labeled with call signs such as C3, D3, B4, D4 etc, making it easier to call out locations of enemies etc.
**Also like to mention it looks like you may be able to customize your gun with your clan tag scratched into it… and possibly the ability to put stickers on them like in the single player e3 video.
***Since they say “full multiplayer reveal” at the 1:16 second I think its a good possibility of being a beta launch date. So I would highly recommend people join the CoD Black Ops site just in case a beta does drop because traditionally the forums members would usually get one.
