I need suggestions/advices/tips/opinions

Me and my friend sells retail cd keys of games and other softwares.
edit: Yes ofcourse it is completely legal. We send quality scanned keys.

we have build a good reputation to a small group of non-steam users and we are striving very hard to give quality service to our customers.

I know entering this kind of business is tough especially with sites like steam/d2d/gamersgate and such..but I would like to hear from you guys what can you suggest to us and what improvements do we need to do?

I'm just curious, why would people buy the CD key from you, when they could buy the game in store/online? o.o I always see these kinds of sites, but never really got it. I mean, if it is just a scanned CD key, not the game...? I guess some people have the game but lose their key... but it seems like people who might just download the game from the internet and then buy a key? So that they don't have to pay for the actual game?

I guess I just don't understand why people buy them o.o Will someone explain it to me?

okay i'll try my best to explain this to you..
We sell retail cd key (scanned copies of the game), most of the games are available for digital download from their publishers (EA/STEAM/Blizzard - battle.net),
Ofcourse prices are lower then retail stores 'cause of improved logistic structure and lower expenses.

People choose to buy from us for the ease of receiving the cdkey quickly for a great price and online support.

I hope this answers your questions and hope to see some of you among our customers.

Buy advertizment slots in different websites or try to partner up with a "big brother" site.
