What mode do you play your games on?

I usually play my games one mode below the hardest difficulty. That mode has always been where the game is at because it is difficult, but not so hard to a point where you just get pissed. I do not know about anyone else, but the hardest mode in a game always intimidates me though they are not always too difficult such as gears of wars insane.

If the game only has two modes Normal/Hard I always play on normal though because that is just a sign that the difference in modes is just a ridiculous damage enhancer for the enemies, but no intelligence added.

I will usually start on Easy, then normal, then hard, if the enemy gets a damage enhancer, the more sneaky tactics I have to use on my part to kill them before they kill me.

I pretty much always stay on easy. Sometimes i'll go up one difficulty level. I'm not really sure why i always stay on easy....but i do.

i start on normal complete the game then try on hard then half way switch to the hardest level if there is one above hard

I start on Easy and work my way up.

That way, I won't miss unlockables.
