The legal license to kill is an idea I'd allow with the stipulation that it weren't just a license to personally kill someone but that it were the legally endorsed duel between the two people and there were specific and carful arrangements for the duel. Just a little less of the straight up, "yeah, go pop a cap in that dude's ass!" law XD


I would make a law that legalized low dose marijuana cigarettes that had a 21+ stipulation. With enough control on making sure there wasn't too potent a product (legally) available, I feel the drug's effects would be no more harmful to society than alcohol or nicotine.

Second order of business- I will "invent" hundreds of laws. I do it every day. I think you should of asked what we law we would "introduce". For example, I'm inventing the law that everyone under the age of 13 should be placed in a child-24hr-7daysAWeek-365DaysAYear-care centre. And all children (when not in the care centre) should not be allowed in public places. But, i would never actually Introduce or impose that on the rest of society.
I would however introduce the law stating it is an offesne to wear leggings without a skirt or dress. Any offender will be hurt and humiliated by pictures of their arse being shown to everyone they know. Repeat offenders would suffer physical pain.
