My gta 4 doesnt work properly

its like this, i have instaled gta 4 and what is needed for the game to run in conditions...
but i open the game it starts running and its all ok until i load my save game or when i start a new game, when i do this, all i can see is the screen with blue stripes, the cars' headlights and the caracter's breath.... :mad1:
could you please help me to solve this problem???

Its on your PC? You have the disc right?

yes, i have everything just like i did in my other computer, and on the other one it works perfectly

Maybe you should try to uninstall/reinstall?

What are your computer specs? Sounds like it could be an issue with either the RAM or Graphics card.

Yeah un-installing and reinstalling should do the work... cuz you have the disc and eveything so really there shouldnt be a problem :S
