There is must likely spyware on there so its not safe and I believe alot of people will agree.

beyond that You might want to change your background picture to a solid color, on my machine it takes a good minute to load up, the music is a little loud if you can control that and turn it down to a little soft music in the background should be good.

First, what you're doing is illegal and is report worthy.

Second, so many typos on your site makes it even less likely that people will trust you and report your site.

Third, even though rapidshare is a legit site, they don't allow you to distribute what you're trying to do and once again is report worthy.
