Chrome continues usage gains over rivals - CNN.com (http://www.cnn.com/2010/TECH/web/06/01/cnet.chrome.usage.gains/index.html?iref=obinsite)
I know it's old but it makes :d to see IE downward spire of marketshare continue
IE= 59.7
Firefox= 24.4
Chrome= 7.1
Safari= 4.8
Opera= 2.4
Other= 1.6

I think a majority of the visitors of this forum still uses IE as well followed by Firefox. Don't remember the third most - will post after checking later.

Here are the facts about the visitors of Gamers Forum:
44.9% - IE
33.3% -Firefox
9.1% - Chrome
6% - Opera
2.6% Safari
1.5% Unknown
1.2% - Netscape... << This surprised me the most
There are more browsers but the percentages were too little. Mostly phone browsers. The stats are based on about 2.5 million hits for August 2010 so far.
The numbers are similar last month, except the gap between IE and FF was closer.

Yeah like 2-3 years ago IE was still like 70-75%

Its crazy the amount of Internet Browsers,(IB), that have spawned up in the past years when IE was the first for the longest. Its weird >.>, but you know how it is, goldy oldies. or whatever the thingy is.

I always laugh when people go "my internet is slow can you take a look" and they have IE.
and a million toolbars installed.
