who knows any game that are not on the wii and the whole family can play. as the wii was good but the whole exercise effect has worn off.

so im wondering what games for the family are out there ?

Well, GameCube, Wii, N64 & various portable gaming devices like the DS were meant to play with friends and family.

However, now that the PS3 and Xbox360 are ripping the Wii's tech to make their own games from it try looking into one of them? Perhaps they require less movement. I'm not sure.

well you could always do... ... ... .. rock band on the xbox .. ... ... ..you've got the classic games like scene it.. ..monopaly ..... ummmm i cant think of any more lol sorry :) :) :)

I don't think that Ps3 is ripping Wii tech. I mean, yes, PsMove is very similiar to the Wii control, but with or without Wii, Playstation will still have made a control like those. I just guess Wii gave them an earlier idea.

Everything has some sort of motion sensor thing coming out lol

good multiplayer family games... not on the wii..
man not my forte. man i can't think of any lol

if you think it would be fun, definitely look into Rock Band and Guitar Hero games. PSMove and Kinect are going to be your friends, too, as a good deal of motion gaming is marketed to the more "casual" or "family" gaming niche. Although I know you want games that aren't on the wii, I'd also suggest WarioWare for the Wii even though the game is a couple years old at this point.

I hope some of these ideas at least help you start thinking of where to begin searching, you didn't give us a whole bunch to go by in your original post...

if your looking for family games try using board games? haha most video games are meant for friends, brother, siblings, or by yourself
