Youtube Views Info

I have a contest video as you all know on youtube . However for the last 2 days it has still said 302 Views , I know it must have gone up by now . So I was wondering if you guys knew what the deal was with updating the views on a vid . I thought it would be done least once a day . Also have you ever head of a video Freezing like this . The likes on the vid are still going up but the video views remain the same . Has this happen to any of you guys before ?

Damage's response makes most sense. When you have videos that get a lot of views, they'll update 2-3 times a day but usually for newer/smaller vids, they update every 30-60 minutes from what I noticed (and almost immediately from the My Videos page).

I have some videos that update just once a day and those videos all have over a 1000 views each. Anything smaller seems to update much faster.

No , I think it froze , I know i am getting more views because even today I have revived more likes . But the views still say 302 . As proof go to the I video yourself watch it then come back in a hour I bet you anything it will still say 302 . I understand what your saying but I think this is a exception .. That being said LMFAO Let me google that for you lol + rep

At the 300 mark Youtube Re-calculates the Views it will take a few days for it to change don't worry about it though it's still counting all the views.
