What Did You Think of Prince of Persia?

I remember my first reaction within the first half hour of the movie being:

"So Persian women look and talk like white British women?"

Also, the effects were corny, and NOT enough of the dagger. They said they tried to make it less like the game so the gamers wouldn't feel like they were just watching the game again, but...wow...

And did you know that Zac Efron was the first candidate for the role of the Prince?

How funny would that have been...

And I wanna know who it was that said, "Zac Efron? Are you nuts? Do you have any idea how many gamers will hate the movie simply because Zac Efron is in it?"

They have old British accents because most of the world doesn't speak Persian. So it's easier for the makers and actors. Most movies that take place in the past do that...even Troy and Clash of the Titans.

Yeah i noticed that as well in troy and clash of the titans (and that film was shockingly bad)

I really like the film I have seen it 6 times now :)
I love the first big fight seen when they break into the town that has to bee the best scene for me :)
But over all I would recommend this film to any one it was great :) :) :)

I quite enjoyed it. It was unbelievably predictable, but the fight scenes were enterntaining.
...i saw it quite a while ago so tbh, i can't remember too much

I hate how... they dont follow any storyline of the game series. They make it up as they go as a fan of the game that annoys me. The fighting, the dagger, was all cool, but in general it didnt seem to follow the storyline.

I was anticipating the king to come back as a ghost, standing next to Obi Wan and the gang.

Oops...yeah, about the spoiler alert, Obi Wan dies in the Star Wars saga.

Well to be honest each game is a new story . So its just like that in my opinion .

I never bothered with it really .. for me it was one of those films I don't mind waiting on for it to come to TV hehe.
