NPD reports that XBox 360 users are the most educated about online features, backwards compatibility, downloadable content, music and photo capabilities etc.

...only 31 percent [of PS3 owners] are aware that ... [backwards compatibility] even exists on the system.

the majority of PS3 owners are unaware that [downloadable content] is even possible.

As for DS users and likely purchasers, [only] 57 percent are aware there is a touch-screen, [only] 53 percent know about the dual-screen, and [only] 49 percent are aware of stylus function.

360 users are more likely to play online with friends than PS3 users.

I knew what the ps3 could do, I just wasn't impressed. Until a few months ago it couldn't even play MP3's, it still can't even connect up to a PC. My friend's Xbox 360 is connected to my PC even, through 2 firewalls where I didn't even open any ports!

A few things consoles can't do.. you can't make things on them.. you can't upgrade them (apart from HD-DVD addons and some people upgrade the harddrive) :)
I like the Xbox 360 and I plan to get one, but PC can do a hell of a lot more, sure it costs more but it does more, same reason why people bought the PS3..

so if you build a state of the art pc for gaming its better than a 360 and a ps3

Hell of a lot better and does more things.. Everyone knows that. But you don't need a $2000 (or ?2000 in UK) computer to get a gaming pc, can be done for $500 (or ?500 in UK) and you got a vast platform to upgrade and play games and watch movies etc. on

Of all Gamers? I bet my life that they didn't ask all people who owned any of those consoles for any of those. only 53 percent know the ds has 2 screens? It's CALLED DS - Dual-Screen.

And the PS3 is better than the 360 or the Wii, it's just too expensive. And the 360 owners are better educated about the 360's online capabilities because it's the only new thing the console can do.

PS3 can do the same. It can't be connected to a PC yet. Notice; 'yet'.
