I have an xbox and PS3 which I use often (mainly for black ops atm) and a wii that sits downstairs and I occasionally turn on...

I love a good FPS but I enjoy most games really

welcome to the forum :) Wicked already fired off the collection of links I usually pass on to newcomers and then some... so yeah, check out the rules and hit up the IRC, I'd love a chance to talk to you there :)

What's your opinion of black ops? I tried it for a couple days (on campaign, haven't done any multiplayer) and thought it was good, without a doubt, but still showed it's shortcomings here and there in some rough animations, a rather bland and repetitive single player campaign, and other details of similar veins.

Gameplay seemed super solid though; they've worked out all the kinks with CoD at this point. Felt kinda like they just dressed up the same game with a nice new suit and shipped it out... nothing too mind blowing about black ops for all the hype it got.

I've not really played much of the single player when I go to play it I get distracted by the mutliplayer and the easter egg game Dead ops arcade
I like the changes they made to the multiplayer, once you get used to it's great fun but dead ops is my favourite part of the game xD

Too bad you don't have Black Ops for XBOX 360, I play all the time.

If you have seen your friends play on XBOX 360, then you playing on PS3, any graphics difference? I was always curious...

yes the graphics on xbox are a lot crisper in my opinion
I have black ops on both my consoles though because I have friends on both that want me to play it xD
