Think of buying a netbook?

I am quite set on this .Just for web surfing and playing videos in HD and youtube. Is it enough to handle that also I like that portability of it. ???
or any other suggestions for a $300 netbook?

It looks nice got a good ram size :) not sure about the eating of hd videos I think it will do good for searching the web and youtubing :) :) but mabye one of the computer specialists will post here and help more than me hehe :) :)

1.66GHz Intel Processor N450 - Fast enough for what you will be doing.
1GB RAM - More than enough RAM.
250GB Hard Drive - More than enough space for someone just surfing the web and watching videos.
802.11 b/g/n Wireless - The only wireless standard missing is A, but anyone barely uses it. Everyone is switching to N, so this is fine.
10.1" WSVGA Widescreen Display w/ LED Back-Light - Small screen, but using new technology - LED
Webcam - Not really needed on a netbook, but a nice feature if you are going to use something like Skype.
6-Cell Battery - Decent size and not heavy.
Windows 7 Starter - This (http://www.microsoft.com/windows/windows-7/compare/starter.aspx) is a "dumbed" down version of Windows 7 Home. Perfect for this netbook.
