hi ,i have a 256mb ram.840mhz cpu .32 mb graphic card & windows xp sp3 PC,
gta vice city runs slow pls hlp me:-(

have you checked out your computer's specs with the game on Can you run it (http://www.systemrequirementslab.com/cyri/)?

Have you tried dropping all the graphic/other settings to minimum? I figure you've done this because it's an incredibly obvious idea, but you didn't say so I figured I'd ask to be sure...

with that much ram im not surprised, my pc is a gaming spec pc with 4gb of ram, and runs without a hitch on graphic rich games

256mb RAM: Need atleast 4gb of DDR3 RAM to play any game these days.

840mhz CPU: Any common CPU should have atleast 1.6-2.0 GHz

.32 mb GPU(Graphics card): You'll need atleast 2500 - 3000 mb GPU memory to run most games.

Windows Vista or Windows 7 recommended, although Windows XP really wont make your games run any better.
