hey guys and gals i was on the IRC a few days ago and for some reason it wont let me type this ---->>> (

the open bracket isnt working :( have any of you experiances this problem or dose the IRC just not like me :( :( :( hehe princess question over :)

It happens to me all the time. All of a sudden it wont work. I thought I was the only one so I never said anything. LOL!

How were you connecting to irc? Mibbit? Xchat? MIRC? etc?

Never had that issue. Been using IRC for at least 10 years now. I've personally used both mirc and mibbit and haven't had issues with either.

Is it only in the beginning of your messages? Or anywhere.

Example:

(hello I am linux

vs

hello I am (linux

Mibbit and it's any where in my messages
It's not a mega issue just thought if anyone knew what to do or had the same problems :(

weird, never had the issue with mibbit. I've only used it a few times from class so maybe I just never noticed.

That's never happened to me, and I only use Mibbit o.o;;; Wish I could help you... but I dunno o.o

It's probably not your problem then. Maybe it's the server's problem
