GF Christmas 2010 Theme

Took me some time and I was finally able to make a Christmas Theme work. Well actually, it's not even meant for our vB version so you may experience errors. Most mods aren't visible on this new theme.

You can also select it from the drop down list on the bottom left.

Unfortunately, the Santa isn't very creepy :(

Yeah.

I would have used the other theme since it would have been easier to set up, but it would have taken me hours to figure out most of the errors. So I settled for this one which was close enough to compatible.

But the Moderator usernames are hard to see lol. Guess you can't have everything.

yeah, I kinda found that too. Red is my favorite color and all but I switched back to Dark GF.

It was worse actually - with the text - Don't like how the creators picked some of the colors. I edited part of the CSS to make some of it more readable. Took me like an hour to change everything.

But at least it works for most people - that's all I need.

lol, how is this bright? It's like dark red....i mean maybe if you're used to the dark theme but i like silver and red the best, which this is darker than

Yeah. Christmas is over anyway.

Next year I'll try to be more proactive with the theme. I'll try to teach myself to create some of these themes as well if I have time. That way I won't have to depend on other people making them and uploading them.

I'm hoping for a better theme, but I hope that this site IPB skins and vBulletin styles from Skinbox (http://www.skinbox.net/) can inspire you a little bit cause their themes is rock and minimal. 8)

well, if you take a theme and only have subtle christmasness to it, it won't put you in the spirit now will it lol.

I think the theme is fine for like a month around christmastime, but now, it's back to silver and red where i can't see certain usernames
