Runes of magic help needed

Okay so i sign up 2 rune of magic a while back and now I decide to download it. I tried whaen i first signed up and it did'nt work so i got it again and when i sign in. Is says my accound has been...:shocked:SUSPENDED:shocked:

so if you can help it will be great
