What do everyone think about bioshock infinite. There have been a gameplay trailer and we know alittle about the story.

What do you think ofColombia, is it better than rapture, more interesting. And what about the big daddy similar things. Is bioshock going in the right direction.

The game looks interesting, taking place before before the first 2 bioshocks. Looks like fun would be nice to get a demo, change of scene is always a good way to bring in new gamers.

Yeah but one of the things I liked about the first two games i the claustrofobic feeling, and the darkness. Its harder to make a flying city as scary as rapture(but if anyone can do it its those who made bioshock)

I never realy completed bioshock. I thought the game was awsome but....

I sensed there was a great story beneath the dark and damp setting and characters.

Thats the thing with bioshock, if you want to know the hole story you would have to find all or many recordings arcross rapture, and the story is very great indeed.

I actually (Unlike some here) liked bioshock 2, ALOT.
A few things I saw that would be cool to add would be an interactable scenery, like the earlier red factions, you could shoot through ANY wall, and, well, that alone is just pretty cool, although this would change some missions up, I think it would be a nice addition to the game.

Also, bieng in the sky, it isn't like before, going to tight hallways and such, it seems to me this might be a huge change to the game anyway, as in returning to areas, maybe a bit of free roam, who knows? I have the latest review for it here in Game Informer, if you want I could make a thread, word by word about what it says about it, because I am getting this game along with Dishonored, which IS GUNNA ROCK!!!!! HALF LIFE AND FALLOUT HAVE A BABY NAMED DISHONORED!!!

Bioshock has a fantastic story and if you didn't complete it you're really missing out!

Did you at least make it to the plot twist? One of the hardest hitting twists I've experienced in a game.

I think Infinite will be great. They are adding a new emotional hitch with yoy being partnerd with Elizabeth (who augments your powers) plus your witnessing the downfall not just the after math. Also have you see those Song Bird? They like the huge version of a flying big daddy!!!!

I'm just excited for multiplayer :D
Is there going to be multiplayer?

^ Hopefully they focus on the single player. Bioshock is good for its and at its core is a SP experience. I don't want them to even think about multiplayer until SP has been perfected.

I'm tired of CoD games though, Bioshock 2 had a fun multiplayer, but no one plays it D:

I’ve never really played Bioshock. I didn't play Bioshock 2 because I haven't played Bioshock 1, and I didn't play Bioshock 1 because it didn't have any in-game sound on my computer - it's not the system specs, it's an unknown issue the game has with certain systems (many people have it).
Still, it does sound like a good idea for the game to be based in an open environment, rather than some claustrophobic, underwater city. - That's just my opinion though.

Infinite will be pretty awesome. The linking with Elizabeth, and the songbird. And as for the not as suspenseful because its up in the sky? Well, now instead of being stuck underwater, you're stuck in the sky, where clouds can creep up anytime creating a fog where you may not be able to see five feet in front of you, which is pretty creepy, especially with the new enemies that inhabit Columbia. I think it won't lose any of the suspense that riddled the first two games.

I though bioshock 2 was a good game, perhaps not as good and surprising as the first. But what game can accually compare to bioshock( mild spoilers ahead), your encounter with the doctor. The creepyness, the "statues" and of course THE thing, involving golfing, puppies and some of the most powerful words in gaming.
