Nomic is a self-modifying game. The primary feature of gameplay is adding and modifying rules. We have started a round of Nomic in #gamers-forum. A rule with an 'x' in front has been canceled. If you would like to join, visit #nomic on irc.gamesurge.net and ask us to vote you in. :)

Current Rules:
- Shall not end before February 1, 2011 at 00:00:00 EST (immutable)
- Approval of 50% of players required to add a mutable rule, or 2/3 to add an immutable rule (immutable)
- Mutable rules can become immutable by 2/3 approval of players (immutable)
- An immutable rule can be made mutable by another 2/3 vote (immutable)
- First player to reach 100 points (or having the highest point count over 100) on/after Feb 1 wins (immutable)
- Jaykub is playing
- If Jaykub is in the minority vote for a rule, all the others in the vote get a point
- If Jaykub abuses op in #nomic, he loses
- Hama is playing
- SSick is playing
- EpsilonX is playing
- If anyone gets a point, Muffin gets a point too
- If anyone says "the game" everyone gets a point but that person
x Jaykub can not make rules
x If Dili makes a typo, everyone else gets a point for each line with a typo

if less than 2/3 of the players disagree with something, they can remove the rule? can you explain further?

A mutable rule can be removed with the approval of 50% of players. If a rule is immutable, it must first be voted upon to be made mutable, and approved by 2/3 of players. Then, it can be voted to be removed with 50% approval.
