In the past 24 hours 10 police officers have been shot, 9 of them have died, one has been in my home city of Indy. I know what some of you feel regarding law enforcement I dont care about those feelings or opinions I ask that we be aside what we think and feel about them and give those 9 fallen officers a moment of silence.
Thats all I ask nothing regarding anything else just a moment of silence.

That's terrible, and I feel for them and their families.
I'd also like to ask for a moment of silence for the people who are dying every single second around the planet.

God bless there souls.
Saints of God, come to their aid!
Come to meet them, angels of the Lord!
Receive their soul and present them to God the Most High.
May Christ, Who called you, take you to Himself;
may angels lead you to Abraham's side.
Receive their soul and present them to God the Most High.
Give them eternal rest, O Lord,
and may Your light shine upon them forever.
Receive their soul and present them to God the Most High.
Amen.
Revelation 21:4
And God will wipe away every tear from their eyes; there shall be no more death, nor sorrow, nor crying. There shall be no more pain, for the former things have passed away."

I think while were at it, we should also mention the innocent people who died in the bombings @ the Moscow airport.
RIP :(

God bless them and their families. It is tragic that such things happen often, we must respect the deceased and honor their service.

1. If you can't respect the OP's intention of the thread and you have something to counter it or even try to start drama (intentional or unintentional), don't post in this thread. This isn't a thread where you should pick sides and argue about anything.
2. RIP to those officers that have lost their lives (as well as those at the Moscow airport), and hopefully those that are still hanging on, keep hanging on and pull through.

Linux I would like to make a request, could this thread become a sticky somehow and be a place where we remember the memories of those harmed, regardless of what they did from law enforcement to just about anything?

That sounds like a really nice idea. :)
