Edit Profile Picture Help

Um whenever I go to edit my profile picture, details, or avatar it says I do not have permission to edit it. Please help!

you'll gain the privilege in due time :) it's just a measure to prevent spammers... you can only gain the right to many features on the forum once you've stayed around long enough to prove you aren't here just to advertise something.

Is it me, or does this annoy anyone else? Above your first post there is a thread "sticky" that clearly says All Members Read First (http://www.gamers-forum.com/showthread.php?t=510).

This post shows your lack of following directions and noticing the obvious. Don't get me wrong, if the All Members Read First was in some other part of the forum not under New Gamers, I'd get where you are coming from.

Not a good first start.

Seriously, you guys, it's not even a big deal. It's a thread we've seen before, but who really cares? You guys are coming across as totally hostile, which is hardly welcoming to new members.

Everyone was new once. Everyone asks questions that other people might think are "stupid" - you don't have to be so mean about it.

Not being able to modify things can be confusing to people, and maybe they read the rules and missed that part. In any case, you're just going to come across as unfriendly when it's really not a big deal at all. Don't post in these threads if you're not going to be helpful.

I agree. We were both a little hostile... But seeing the same thing over and over for lack of following directions eat right through me. It maybe a little bit of my management side becoming of me. So I apologize and I <3 Muffin. :)

Quite ironic in two ways, one is the obvious, the second is that he is the Doctor of Vortex, so surely he should be like... good at controlling them and deploying them in ways which would benefit him and his existence. Hah!
