Best thing to do mate for that type of graphics card is to just use the windows update website and see if you can download the update from there. It's one of the optional driver updates you can select to download. However, you will need to get yourself a connection one way or another to update it, or else there are no other easy ways.

I know mate, but as far as I know, it's the only way to fix it :( Unless someone has a magic way of doing it.

your whole internet isn't working?

Well you can check here: Download Center (http://downloadcenter.intel.com/)

That's all the intel drivers and stuff. You'll have to search thru the options a bit.

From the product family select Graphics

From product line, select Laptop Graphics Controllers

Then product name, select your card name which is Mobile Intel(R) 4 Series Express Chipset Family

Then on the next page, select your OS which is Win 7 64bit, followed by graphics. And then on the bottom, download the latest drivers.

edit: The link Muffin provided has a driver for win7, you just have to scroll down a bit.

also all I did was type "Mobile Intel(R) 4 Series Express Chipset Family driver" into google :/

also do what linux said because it's probably better to download it from their site anyway
