Just to let you know mate, double posting isn't allowed on this forum. Just go back and edit your previous post.

But to answer your question, you have to be a member of the forum for at least one day, and you must have made at least 10 posts. Just a word of warning though, if you're caught making pointless posts to just get your post count up to 10, it will be spotted, and action will likely be taken. So play it safe!
The reason why we have this rule, is to stop spammers from getting User Control Panel privileges. So it's a nice little reward for staying with us.
