Its called Onlive and it allows you to play a game via internet from another computer, Since its rendered and processed on another PC. all you need is a pc that can run the onlive application software, And a GOOD internet connection, the quality of the graphics is based on that.

If I tried it out, it would shurely look like commodore 64 graphics with my internet connection:p
