Meh, depends which your talkin about. Call of Duty I play sometimes but I'm not really a fan of FPS's. Only one I ever loved was the Metroid Prime Series. (FYI I don't like COD fanboys)

No, that's rep. Rep and infractions are 2 different things. An infractions can only be given by a mod but rep can be given by anyone.

Sorry about this silly question but how do you get people rep, and I cant find the place to look at the rep comments I have?

There's a little button next to the post number with a check mark and an x - you click it and can give people reputation points. And if you click on your User CP, you can see reputation you have been given :)
