Custom title.

So I just read up on GFP because I didn't know what they were in the time span that I've earned them, and I learned that you can get a custom title.
Like, the thing below your name, and I was wondering (mostly because I read it real fast than exited out to post this) if I could get one for, how much was it, 100 GFP I think?
Can someone inform me more about this?
