Well hello there!

I'm Lanzer, I live in Florida. Currently college student and in the Air Force.

I can't really say what drew me to a gaming forum but I perused the community here and I do like the crowd.

I have a great interest in strategy games (I would rank Hearts of Iron II among the top). I also play Heroes of Newerth, World of Tanks, and Allegiance.

I'm a casual gamer, but I'm inherently competitive. Even so, it's all about enjoyment.

I tried just now to connect to it. However it doesn't seem to be responding in any way to my attempts. I'll try at a later date, for now I finally have some time to get to the Tiger I in World of Tanks.

Hope you enjoy your hopefully long stay! :) If you havnt already, go ahead and read the rules and explore around on the forum to learn how its structured. Make sure to post your posts on topic with what the thread is about, and make sure to create your own threads in topic appropriate locations! (No talk about personal life in the general gaming section for example)

And our TS server needs fixing. I'm gonna try to get up TS3 instead of our old TS2 back up but I've had issues last time around. Might get to it next weekend.

Yeah it's a neat crowd here. Well there is a Ventrillo I hear as well, and from what I understand that's what everyone uses. Are we switching to TS3?

Vent seems to have been pretty much abandoned, it's not even owned by the GF leadership anymore I think? I have it on my Vent account and it is not active at all :(

So yeah I think the new shizzle is TS3

TS3 is actually older, but under Linux's command. Our Vent server was newer, but hosted by a member who has since disappeared :(

Oh, right, well, if you go back and read Linux's post, he wrote that it is TS2 (I forgot; that's one of the reasons dili and I don't use it) - and that it needs fixing and that he will be working on it.

So... the info would be useless right now, I think. And you can use the search function :P
