Does this forum ever delete dead threads after a set amount of time? Cause I seem to pull out some crazy necromancy skills without realizing it until after I post : P

certain threads may be locked but we never delete simply because a thread is old.

yeah, we don't prune threads.

Feel free to necro threads if you have something worthwhile to add to them that would create relevant discussion now! Every now and then we get someone who joins and is bored and necros threads from like 07/08 with posts like "haha me 2" and us mods are like :|

Soo, if a thread has been dead for a long time but is many many pages worth of material, am I allowed to skip most of it and just add to it even if it maybe might have been said earlier in the thread years ago?

You could always open another thread with the info because if several years have passed by, the old info may not be relevant anymore.
