Is when your mind blocks out your ideas and ability to write creatively to satisfy your own requirements. You basically want to write something but you just can't manage to put it into a nice text.

I have that when I plan on writing something for a long time. I'm always in my best shape for writing when I start spontaneously. Or don't really think about what I write.
I wrote some of the most mind-blowing stories during my school time xD I wrote them during class and everybody loved them.
