Just found this on my local news station and its very sad.

11-year-old stripped naked, bullying videotaped - FOX 4 News | Cape Coral-Fort Myers-Naples Florida - WFTX (http://www.fox4now.com/story/14821011/11-year-old-stripped-naked-bullied-on-video?redirected=true&hpt=ju_bn4)

O.o

The police report taken Tuesday described the incident twice as a "prank" and says "police incident closed."

Shortly after Fox 4 contacted police they showed up at the mother's daughter. A spokesperson for the department says it has nothing to do with the media's involvement in the story.

Suuuuuuuuuuuure.

That's probably why the cops didn't make as big of a deal at first.

That's wrong...it's not funny and I don't see why it's not being taken more seriously by people.

the mother shouldnt need to press charges because of the video evidence. Some consider it child porn Im not sure if I agree with it or not, the kid is naked on camera so it should be a felony charge and trying to "not destroy their lives" is a very pathetic statement to come from the DA. It seems like she cares about the offenders and not the victim.

Justice hardly exists any more, on any front, and if it does, it isn't proper.

Joker you find the weirdest shyt to post...

But to the topic on hand... I thought stuff like this only happens in Japan. And how is that considered a prank? I mean... unless you took gratuitous amounts of drugs and are only moments away from passing onto another plane of consciousness, this video can't possibly be considered a prank. And it was on youtube for 24 hours, meaning it's been probably saved and copied a few hundred times.
This is closer to sexual abuse than to a hardcore prank. If something like this happened to a friend/relative/acquaintance of mine I'd have certain people letting some blood very quickly.

You call this weird havoc, you should hear some of the horror stories ive got from my internship. You will see everything in a whole new light.

Depending on how the laws are written in the state it could range from sexual battery to child porn. Just all depends on how its written and what the DA wants to do.

Ok, that's strange. Here in Germany, there would be some kind of punishment for sure. "They don't want to destroy the girls future", I say to this: Who care about there future? They have to explain this crime and if they just did this "for fun", they should be "marked" for this in the future (Don't ask me how, just to show: They did this to him!).

That's my opinion.

Yeah, it's pretty sad, considering if this was two boys who did it to a girl... there would be absolute outrage over it everywhere :/

Sounds to me like the DA's more concerned over the girls than the boy. Which is retarded.

That's just disgusting, how could you have the nerve to humiliate someone to that point, and then strip them. That's just sad >:(
