Hopefully this is just some internet hoax (based on the way the article looks it probably is), but if not RIP

edit: it's looking more and more like this is true. sad :\ Dunn was always my favorite character in Jackass and spinoffs (him and Bam)

Sad times. However, he tweeted a picture of him and his friends drinking before he died, and he was in the car with one other person... so I wonder who was driving. If he was drink driving, then he was a fool.

It's never cool to drink and drive, especially so when you're in the windshield with a shard of glass petruding from the back of your neck....

Dont drink n' drive kids, don't be a tool to yourself and all other cars around you, be legit, call a cab or your folks to pick you up.

Gonna wait for more info before I assume someone was driving drunk. It was in the middle of the night, driver may have just dozed off. Wouldn't be the first time.

I think they were already in the process of making Jackass 4, or planning it any way. They will make the 4th and dedicate it to Dunn.

I died a lil inside when i heard this.....the guy i first saw swimming through sewage.

his porsche caught fire after he crashed and he was only identified because of his beard and tattoos

The other person in the car worked on Jackass 2, and was a stunt driver.
Ryan liked speeding n ****.
So I assume they were messing around when they shouldn't have been.

Still waiting for the BAC results.

This is sad. I read Steve O's tweet of when he found out... Sadly I know what it's like to lose a dear friend that you've grown up with. Now I feel bad for his family, his friends, and I think I'm gonna go watch some Jackass to see Dunn at his happiest... (takes hat off) My respects...

Apparently, it's been confirmed that Dunn was drink driving... oh dear. Speeding, and drink driving... kinda beyond jackass-stupid.

A friend told me last night that it had been confirmed, but I didn't bother asking him for the source as said person doesn't usually spread lies, and isn't usually gullible!

edit*** Apparently he heard it via Sky News.
