How do I get more Rep Power?

Time and time again I see people with Rep Power, I would like to know what It means, and how I can increase my own Rep Power.

Rep power is how much rep you can hand out daily (if I'm not mistaken)

You earn more for receiving reputation from other people for worth-wile or helpful posts that you produce. You can check your reputation received from clicking the User CP bar at the top.

You can hand out rep whenever you want (not daily), but you can't give the same person rep if you've recently repped them. You have to have repped several people in between before you can rep them again :)

Rep power is how much reputation you give people when you + or -rep them, I am pretty sure.

Rep power also increases based on how long you've been on the forum, how much you post, etc. I know there is an activity factor to it.

For every certain number of posts you make, your rep power goes up. Rep given to you will also increase it I believe.
