Dead Pixel Help?

Okay so before I get into it, I cannot send the laptop back in. For some reason. I already contacted newegg.

So I've had this new ASUS laptop for a week. Now this pops up:

What is it and if I can how can I fix it...

If it's a hardware issue then you'd have to replace the screen. I had that a few times on my Lenovo but a reboot usually clears it up. It's never that big though.

Since You've had it only for a week, you should be able to get it replaced.
