First of all hi!

I'm looking for a PC game, which is kinda old already, and I can't remember it's name. Actually I can't remember anything about it, except the following:

It was a hack and slash game, with limbs flying all over the place, lot of blood and gore. I was playing some kind of barbarian or fighter and I can remember a specific weapon (2 handed, probably axe or polearm) with the name Eclipse. I searched on Google for that name, but couldn't find anything.

Can you guys help me? Much appreciated!

Sound like Ninja Gaiden 2 to me. It matches your description very good. Actually, I am very positive, well really sure it's Ninja Gaiden 2. Thanks for the fast response but Ninja Gaiden is not what I'm looking for unfortunately. It's not manga/anime related, it's more like an old God of War game (as of playstyle and looks). :(

I'm not too sure what you're looking for either. However, it's always good to state the obvious, with a question such as the following...

Does it have anything to do with Conan, the Barbarian?

What kind of hack and slash was it? Top down view of a character like Diablo or 1st/3rd person?

3rd person I believe. I think the character was able to switch between ranged weapons and melee. And like I mentioned, he had some sort of 2 handed weapon, with a round blade, like a full moon, which was called Eclipse.
