Saw this on youtube feed and laughed pretty hard at it
Kid could face up to 8 years in prison for bringing a blow up doll to school and he says he regrets the prank now... I laughed at his stupidity and cant help and wonder does he regret his action or regret his got caught? More or less I think its B.

Free Tyell T-Shirts?
He said: "I'm Still a child, I'm not a full grown adult"
That cracked me up.

Didn't really find it funny but it is interesting.
He might be a bit of a dumbass but this is being blown way out of proportion.

Looking at my state criminal code im not seeing how it would be Felony Criminal Mischief in all honestly.
only way im seeing it is if they are considering it mischief by defacing school property

That doesn't seem fair, nor does it seem like a Jailable offence, its kind of ridiculous that he has to serve 8 Years in prison just for a harmless prank -.-

I love the part where he says "I almost ruined my life" Also I found it funny that the news caster tried to bring in the race card and the lawyer shot it down.
