just got fallout new vegas need some help

to start off im kinda mad i bought this game at staples "on sale" for 29.99 reg 39.99 so i was like sweet deal and didnt check other stores the next day i went to wallmart to see the regular price for 20.83 and i was mad but not the point any ways i love this game and cant stop playing it but my weapons suck and the best thing i have to fight with is a hunting rifle and a pool cue i stole but i need weapons im stuck in the wasteland just alittle south of new vegas i can see it and these big mutant crazyy claw things the quarent people warned me about keep finding me and i cant get to civlization is there a way i can get them on my side or a weak spot or somthing please help. also i need weapons

big mutant crazy claw things, if they are black. tall and have big ol' tails those are death claws they will pretty much kill you unless you have a fatman or something of equal power. my suggestion would be go back to the settlement you started in and just work your way around the area there will be raiders, and other things to loot so you can get some caps if you also go to Novac which is south of Helios one. There in the gift shop pick the lock and you will find these rocket ships that are said to sell very well, im not exactly sure how many caps you will get per one also there is a weapon in there called "that gun" which is a pretty good weapon for a little bit.

yep death claws and im now with a good mutant warning me to not got to black mountin i dont listen and tried to beat these Gard mutants with a pool cue lol im lost and dont know how to get back

oh okay thanks also how do i get to new Vegas with out the death claws killing me i mean after a get some good guns

Go to freeland where the kings are located there is a security gate you can use to get into new Vegas but you have to complete a quest or have 1000 caps to get in.

help! the bar drinker person with the dog is mad at me and is trying to kill me along with the bartender please help because i keep spawning in the bar and im hated in that town just because i clicked the wrong button and hurt some dog oh and stole stuff but not that much just pick pocketed what i needed and if i realized i didn't need it id sell it to the general store. now im hated. and they try to kill me oh yea i shot some big horns so a guy shotme so i killed him to and the guy hiding in the gas station... ops

Multiple save files are the key my friend.

haha k so best idea plasma pistol steal caps then move to a new city but the only city that i know is under attack by powder gangers and lie on a roller coaster dam people :P or try to fight death claws and find new vegas :p
