View Full Version : GFP Investment System
GFP Investment System
How It Works
You pay me, (For now, just me) 50GFP to make an investment account.
All accounts are stored in a notepad document, so don't worry about being forgotten. After that, you ask me for any sum of money, if it is your first investment, you will at max only recieve 100GFP. After that, simply ask for a sum, and we will manage if investing in you seems trust worthy.
At a given date you will return the money, plus intrest, the intrest will be managed by the sum you ask for. But it should usaully stay at 5%.
For example, you barrow 100 GFP, you at a given date, you have to return 105 GFP.
For now, I want to know if anyone would be intrested in this!
If enough people are I will run this. Along with adding staff members.

I think you can get loans from the bank already... also, give me a reason I would want to pay you in order to at some point maybe get money from you that I would have to return with interest? :P
It seems like this is only really helping you out :P
Let's say you are buying a signature, you can't afford.
I can give you the money to pay for it, but I want some back, barely any, just scraps.
Paying my 50 GFP assures me that I can trust you.
And for most members that really wont apply.
Posts have no value here
I checked for a loan system in the bank page, I didn't find one.
I still think this is a great idea, but if it isn't really supporteed than, I guess I wont start it up. :P

There are two banks, and it's in the one that you get to by clicking on the "[Check]" link next to your GFP in the top right header. :P
I have ~12,000 GFP so this doesn't interest me but I suppose some people might be :P

Loaning page
I find that slightly different, because that is a friendly give away.
This is a helping hand, for a returned sum of money.

Then why wouldnt we choose to go for the "friendly give away" :P
While i appriciate what you are trying to do, (I also enjoy establishing economy systems where they might not be expected) It is simply not needed at the time beeing.
Because that wont happen. The means someone is nice, and will give you money, more than likely a small sum, so it doesn't effect the money they have already earned.
It is like me asking you for 1000 GFP.
And I wont give you anything back.
See?
I am just creating an equal balance in things.

+1 this is redundant, less convenient, and loses you more GFP than the already existing loan feature built into the forum
it's a cute idea, though. Though there isn't much to do with GFP and it isn't too hard to get, either.
Yeah, I guess I am not going to do it..
But that is how the real world works anyway.

no wait! theres a reason that its better than the loan system sorry for the thread bump but it should happen the loan here you need a good reason and theres a capwhat if you needed 150 more to get a custom user title the bank wont give you that so go to him
Glad you support it, I thank it is a really neat idea, I tried explaining, nobody likes it, that's fine I guess, I would even have people be kinda staff for it. :P

Ya have you put suggestions in for what to do with the gfp?
Well, I have a few ideas.
I am still not high enough in the staff, or in the staff at all actually, to goto the staff meeting.
Maybe soon. :/
