Looking For RGPs Like Fallout!

Mainly what I am looking for is:
•An RPG
•Has Guns
•The customization level is near endless
•Game consequences

(I am looking for answers beyond mass effect and STALKER)

Any of the Elder Scrolls are fun, Oblivion is a must-play.
But for consoles, there just aren't a whole lot of PA-Fallout type RPG's. Bethesda is good at what they do, making RPGs.
Just play New Vegas, lol. It's less linear than Fallout 3, taking me longer.

System Shock 2 is a pretty good fps rpg, it's a really old PC game though. I don't know if it's exactly what you're looking for, but if you can find a way to play it, do so, because it's awesome. Bioshock is said to be the spiritual successor to it. It's not open world though.

Borderlands is fun too. The items that drop are generated at random so you can find a gun with qualities that no other gun in the game has, which is pretty cool. If you're looking for Fallout 3 and New Vegas style rpgs, then go with Oblivion and morrowind. Same people, but no guns. Or try the original Fall out games.

I don't think you'll have much luck to be honest. You've already dismissed STALKER and ME, and I read you don't like Borderlands, sooo...

IEdit: I think I remember reading you haven't played Bioshock. It's not really similar to Fallout, but it's definitely worth a play, it's an amazing game.
