How do you re-size images? I looked it up and the BB Code I tried using doesn't work. Doesn't work here or at two different forums. Anyone know the correct one? ^_^'

You could use paint (wouldn't recommend it), photoshop/GIMP, or photobucket. The latter two are the best, photobucket is the easiest.

I would use a css or an html. Example:

< img src="URL" width="200" height="85" >
Minus the space at the beginning and end.

*Facepalm* Okay thanks, I'll try that. If that doesn't work, I'll re-size it the hard way and not just by code. P: I'll have to try it out when I get on the computer tomorrow after school, however, it would be nearly impossible to do it on this DSi.

I don't think HTML works on forums, or at least not this one?

I totally forgot about this, haha. The HTML code hasn't worked on any forum so far, so. XP

Only a few boards have it where you can resize using BB code but most don't. And most smart forums have html disabled. It's too easy to exploit.

Darkness id be happy to resize an image for you just upload it and send me a message with a link / size you want. another option if you want it sooner but dont have the ability to do this on your pc is to upload to an image hosting site like imageshak or tinypic i believe they let you change the size of the image as you upload it.

Aha, thank-you. The image I wanted to use about a week ago when I made this thread, I don't want to use anymore. But I have been pretty familiar with Tinypic and if I ever really need to re-size an image I'll gladly use that site. Thanks anyways. ^_^

As Linux said, if HTML were up on this forum my posts would be as annoying as crap. Everyone would hate me when I position:relative'd pictures over top other people's posts with various ironic image macros...

anyway, yeah, open it in some sort of image software an resize it there, as has been said in the thread
