so what do you think, in sweden its illegal to hit children, but in italy it isnt so this thing turned into someting big in Italy

It's illegal to hit kids in the US too but people do it all the time.

Don't know what I think about this. As a politician, the dude should have known about that law. Even then, don't hit your kid in public.

I don't really see the issue. I was raised with spankings as a punishment, and though I don't think I'd be continuing that tradition, I think this would be an equivalent. It's an upbringing thing. If the was full out assaulting the kid, that's wrong. But a smack across the head doesn't hurt anything. I got more than my fair share and I think my brayn ahnd mtotorr functiopnsa turensd out ook

But at home and in public is another thing, too...it coulda waited, if it was just a little hit. Hard to tell, they make a smack on the wrist turn into holding a knife against their throat in the tabloids..

He shouldve have known about the law...but then again its just a slap....its the global method of child discipline
