I've just got my 3DS and the first game was Zelda - The Ocarina of Time the classic from the N64.

I was absolutely amazed to see that it was the exact game nearly the only differences are the extra look and weapon aiming actions which are cool to say the least. Looking at it in 3D can make a bit of a strain on the eyes but I turn it down to 2D for a whole and that does the trick.

Also, I was really surprised how quickly i got back into the game and how much I remembered, it's been a few years since I last played it. Within a short time I manage to get Link into the Temple of Time so he could start the central part of the adventure.

What I ahd forgotten was how irksome Navi the fairy could be, but it's a small price to pay for the fun. It would be great if Nintendo also did Majora's Mask for the 3D.

The game is really well built and redesigned. If you don't like how the slingshot/bow controls are, there's a setting to change it so you move them around with the thumbstick, if you'd like.

I think anyone who bought it is going to be praying and begging for MM to come out for the 3DS as well. OoT looks and plays a lot better on a handheld, why wouldn't MM?

It's almost like a new game in many ways even though its the same, just as addictive. I was actually surprised that it had gone onto a handheld machine so well. But I guess the way handhelds have advanced since the Gameboy days has a lot to do with it. I remember when I got the ordinary DS I bought the Sonic series and I was amazed that all the games were such a small piece of software. Especially remembering that both Sega and Nintendo games of back then were cartridges.
