dark souls

anyone enjoying it so far? I've died over 10 times already... haha. I was doing good until a certain point, when I reached a new place. and now I gotta start all over again from the next bonfire... :shocked:

like this dragon kept killing me, and then these blue birds with lightning power... (reminds me of pokemon's 'zapdos/articuno' powers) haha

and then I got the armor I needed, and ... I dont know, there has to be another way to kill these guys. I need 'souls' yo.
and the only time I see players is when I go on the bonfire, no chatting, just glance of another person & it fades out... thats how its supposed to be right?
since I got the game today, I'll never give it up... I was about to when I kept dying by skeletons.... ugh! :laugh1:

that game is probably the next ninja gaiden (aka the most mother****ing hardest game out now)

I havent played it but from what Ive seen and heard, maybe I will try it.

I don't know about you man... its quite tough.
I think I might have to end up getting the strategy guide... but sometimes that can't help me.

I am pretty torn when it comes to hard games, on one hand I love that the game challenge me and I want it hard. But I am also pretty inpatient so if I get stuck to long and quit playing I will probably stop playing the game, it has happened before.

I dont know really, how good is it otherwise?

the good thing about it, is that the whole game's a challenge. either fight or run like a coward. this is what I do a lot. cause I run to get extra souls from the bodies, and find hidden areas. that way, if I DIE, then I know where to go you know? haha.

but mostly, you'll keep dying in this game cause most of the monsters on here are 'one hit k.o.' type of deal. but at the same time, you learn from your mistakes.

I loved the challenge in Demon's Souls, so i'm going to get Dark Souls at some point, but I don't want to spend $60 on it

I had to trade in like 3-4 games to get this, & ended up spending only $20 on a game like this... new too. haha. gamestop & their deals you know 8)

and demon souls now is $20 now... might end up getting that, but I dont know, I've played it & kept dying in that one too. :huh:
