Disapointed with Fable III :(

I've read it online many times on blogs, forums and review sites that it was nothing compared to the other series we'll some people don't agree and some do. I am one of the ones that agree with it. I though it would be good just like Fable 2 but it isn't :( . When talking to others you could only have 2 options one good or one bad its nothing like fable 2 where you could fart, or burp, or have other options.. I also kind of don't like the game play the way it feels. Anyways I bought my copy yesterday was debating on bringing it back and we'll I am first thing tomorrow after school I'm going to pick up a 3 month XBL card and put 5 towards MW3...



What do you guys think about the game?

I think it was great. You could still do that, it just wasn't a dialogue option.
It was pointless in the dialogue points because it brought the game nowhere forward.

Ya. I am def bringing it back, I'd rather just bring it back stay with GTA IV till MW3 comes out and then game on!

Yea, you can still do all things :P I actually like all of the Fable games, but they are one of the best examples I can think of as to how easy gaming has become over the years. They are cool games, and cool stories- but they take no skill or thought whatsoever :/

Yeah I was also quite Disappointed of this game, even Fable II was much better than this.

I liked fable 3, yes it was mostly easy but the story was interesting. But I wanted it to be more open anyway.

I thought about getting it because of the steam sale, the game and all its dlc for less than $30.

Then I remembered how dumbed down it was and decided to get Rage.

I beat Fable II in about a month, not playing constantly. That game was fun, and interactive. I have had Fable III since the day it came out, and It still hasn't been beat yet. For poop sakes, I'm still getting the loyalty for Bowerstone. Its just not a fun game. I usually beat games even though I don't like them, just for the gamerscore, (Xbox) But Fable III Is just an awful game to me.

Yeah, Fable 3 was pretty disappointing to me also. I liked the spell system, but I think the weapons were kinda suck-ish. Really, how does having sex with 3 men power up your axe? I still prefer playing the original Fable over 2 or 3, but I did like 2 alot.

I haven't played the game sins i posted this thread. I've yet to beat it got to play it some night when I am stoned maybe then ill be interested in the game. Thanks for all the reply's people much appreciated.
