How do you feel when you've completed a game?

Always wondered how other gamers feel when they've completed a game.

I believe that there are two ways to beat a game:

1) Complete the story line, get to the end and save the world etc.

When I do that I feel quite pleased knowing that I won but can go back for more:cheesy:.

2) 100%, you've completed the story, found every secret, objects, any sub-plots. Infact there's nothing left to do at all, hence 100%

When I've done that I get a quick buzz and then hit with an anti-climax feeling:(.

It may be great to get the 100% bit I think I prefer to just beat ansd then go back for more later.

I think I'm kind of in the middle. I don't often go into games with the intentions of replaying them because they've got to be *really* good games to keep my attention a second time and there's so many games I want to play that I feel like I never have time. I also am not one of those OCD people who don't consider a game finished if I haven't found every single object in the game. I mean if it's hidden, and I don't know it's there... technically in my mind Id never know any different so it's 100% complete at that point to me ;)

But even if it's a game Ill go back and replay, or just a game I enjoyed but wont play ever again, I'm always sad and filled with that anti-climatic feeling :( I get so into the games and stories that when it get's to the ending I'm always in denial :P

For me it used to be when i finished the story line but now because of achievements i tend to go back and replay the same games. i guess it adds to the longevity of the games but i sometimes find myself to busy trying to unluck achievements instead of paying attention to the actual story... especially if there are a lot of collectibles... so i guess its both good and bad :-S

Well almost everytime I end a game I'm like " why its over :( i want moar! ". I'm never satisfied.

I've never got the anti climatic feeling after playing video games. I always pretty good after completing the story or the game 100%. I normally get that anti climatic feeling after watching tv series or animes end. It never happened to me before from a game.

Depends on the Ending. In Mass Effect 2 for example I was like "I WANT MOAR!" and in The Legend of Zelda I am like "Super mega awesome game!" but in games like The Conduit I am like "that's it? Are you kidding me?".

Well, depends on the ending if it's satisfieing or not (or how good the game is).

Depends on the game ... Mostly I do it 100 %. But for some reason I get kind of bummed afterwards.
