Advertising advice

just wondering if anyone on here has any advice for free/ low cost online advertising.

i've used a few social networking sites
online ad's
blogs etc

anyone have anymore ideas as im hitting a brick wall now.

its not free or that low cost but most people use adwords because of its reliability.. i dont really know any others that are good

i tried adwords but found that for the amount i was paying i wasn't getting much in return.

i would suggest not advertising unless you have some money and have something good to advertise about or you wont be able to do it properly

you can go around to forums - post a lot and follow ALL rules - you put ur link in your sig when authorized - some forums are good sources of advertising so you just have to look around

other free ways - Directories - well mostly for link building but i've found a few to bring me extra visitors
