Hi, I wanna ask you for some advice. I have a pc with this configuration:

Intel core2Quad Q8400 2.66 GHz
Gigabyte G41M-ES2L motherboard
2GB 800 bus RAM
1GB ATI Radeon HD 5450
17" LCD

I played GTA IV on my pc. It runs but I can't go up to 1024X768 resolution. I just have to play at 800X600. It lags at 1024X768 a little.

Assassin's Creed Brother Hood runs pretty good at 1440X900, that's highest resolution supported by my Samsung 733NW.

NFS Hot Pursuit 2 runs good.

Call of duty Black ops lags.

Mafia 2 runs good at 1440X900

Home Front runs fine at 1024X768

Fifa 12 runs much better.

..... Now, I wanna know one thing. Will increasing 2gb of more RAM show significant improvement on gameplay? Such as GTA IV will run at 1024X768 without lagging?
*I can't change any other hardware right now.
*Whats the best DDR2 graphics card that will run all my games with ease? Please name an affordable one. I found out that nVidia 9500 GT (512mb) gives much better performance with GTA IV compared to my Radeon HD 5450.

Might be more than RAM, could also be your graphics card.

Go to this site and run it for the games you want to play: Can You Run It?

It'll give you recommended and minimum settings - see which are red for recommended and that's probably what you'll need to upgrade.

And are you talking about DDR2 memory? Or graphics card?

And I'm not a Radeon guy, but I don't think going to 9500GT is an upgrade from ATI 5450.

Like I said, run the software and see what it recommends. I'm not familiar with minimum requirements of any of those games and I don't want to recommend anything too bad or too expensive.
